Below is a list of the terms and conditions for all types of Photoshoots set in the Studio, Clients Home or Location of Choice.

There MUST be at least one Parent /Legal Guardian present at a Child’s Portrait Booking it is the Parent/Guardians responsibility to oversee their Child/Children at all times.

YOU MUST AIM TO ARRIVE 10-15 minutes before your allocated time , in circumstances where you are running late please let me know via the contact number you are given, if you are later than 20 minutes from your allocated time slot without prior warning, your shoot may have to be cancelled due to time restrictions on busier days. There will be times of exception which is deemed at my decision.

It is your responsibility to make sure all details of persons participating given are correct at the time of booking, if ANY changes occur you MUST inform Katie Smith at Memorable Moments as soon as possible and ATLEAST 3 days prior to the portrait shoot or the booking may be cancelled with no refund of the booking fee.

Memorable Moments own the copyright to all the Photograph’s taken and they may be used for future purchasing of gifts/products/prints by you for personal domestic use and by Memorable Moments for advertisements/prints/products. If you do not want Memorable Moments to use the Photographs for future reference of the stated above, you must inform Katie Smith at Memorable Moments at the time of booking. If you wish to purchase the sole copyright on all your Photographs taken then there is a charge of £50 per Photo Shoot, once you have received all your Photographs either on Disc and/or Prints, all images will be destroyed by Katie Smith at Memorable Moments.

Any damage to my property (inclusive of photographic equipment, personal items and premises) through neglect, mishandling or intent by you or your party must be paid for immediately by the booker or the booking may be cancelled with no refund and legal action will be taken if required to claim monies owed for any damages caused.

Any Client who fails to attend their Photo Shoot on the day WITHOUT giving any form of prior notice of at least 24 Hours will receive a YELLOW warning, if this happens more than once will receive a RED warning and I will no longer accept bookings from them in the future.

In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, personal data supplied to Memorable Moments may be stored for future use. This data will only be used to inform you of future special offers or promotions and will only be held as long as is necessary. However, should you not wish your data be stored please state so when Booking.

Terms & Conditions

When there is an agreed booking with a date and time, I will confirm all details of all persons participating. If on the date of Photo Shoot you arrived with an extra person or animal without prior notice then I am afraid they cannot participate in the agreed Shoot.
